Well, that was certainly different, but I liked it. With all that mistletoe around, however, I was waiting for a kiss. Well, there's always next winter. Maybe just a little one, so James doesn't get too jealous? ;)
Author's Response: Heh. I can see that. I think that when I originally wrote this, I wanted to go for mistletoe 'love' of a different sort. Love that translated more toward sheer comfort than anything else. But hey, maybe Lily and Remus had a separate thing going on that I didn't know about. I've read one good story that featured just that storyline. Gosh, it's been so long since I completed this, I hadn't expected a review for it. Thanks! = D
Strange but really good.
Author's Response: Thanks! I am going to take 'strange' to be a good thing. : D
That was pretty original. I've never read anyting quite like it to be honest! I enjoyed it though, and would be interested to hear what might have possibly inspired it?
Author's Response: Thank you. The inspiration is pretty much unknown for this fic. I want to include my ironic view of mistletoe in that it could be dangerous to you if you put it in your mouth, but people often associate it with kissing. Other than it, I suppose this story simply wrote itself. :)
so many people are afraid to do a story such as this, but i love them! bravo! very beautiful and well written. :D
Author's Response: First of all, I love your screenname! *huggles* Secondly, everyone can do kissing scenes, and I wanted to look at mistletoe's use differently. Besides, I rather like Lily and Remus, and I had never written them before this. Thanks for reviewing.
That was interesting and very original. :)
Author's Response: Why thank you very much! I wanted to do something different with the challenge's theme. I am glad that you liked the story. Thanks for reviewing.
What a lovely little insight to these two characters. Really enjoyed reading this, it was sweet and lighthearted.
Author's Response: Oh, thank you!
