Wow! I just stumbled across this and have to tell you how much I liked it. I secretly love fics that shake up canon images of James and Lily as the perfect couple, and you've done so without making her a gratuitous Marauders whore (as some do). I also love James/Remus, and your subtly with their relationship here is wonderful. (The inspiring drabble is also haunting and heartbreaking). Nice job.
