Whoa - powerfully written - nicely done - looking forward to the sequel posted here at Lumos site - glad you mentioned in the sequel that this should be read first - someone mentioned/recommended your sequel story in one of their answers to one of their reviewers, I just had to take a look. Wow - You just drew me into your storyline and I could not stop reading - damn talk about captivating - I felt like I was lost in the long swim with Ethan and Serious - still confused as to what Serious meant by he is/was on duty - doing what?? - most likely will find that out in the sequel. CONGRATULATIONS on a terrific two chapters. Totally impressed.
Well, on that note, off I go to read the sequel now; so, please DO have a great day.

Wow, that was incredible. This was so much more than just a PWP, and what a great exploration of an original character. The brutality of the fighting, their swim in the ocean, the imagery, the structure of it all being a memory, all come together and make a hard, unforgiving story that you don't want to end. God, and people say slash is girly. I can't believe only one other person has reviewed this. If only my opinion had a lot of sway, I'd reccomend this story to everyone. Do you have any more stories? If you do, I'd love to read them.
Author's Response: If only... sadly, that's it for this story, but there is a sequel written for it, and another, even longer, sequel for that in the works. And I have to mention... I cannot say how much I appreciate your review. I don't think any other review I've ever recieved has given me this- warm, glowing feeling every time I look at it. It means an awful lot to me.
