Your summary caught my eye even before I saw who had written it. This was a very sobering account--I sure hope it doesn't turn out this way. But you have eveyone present, or not-present, and accounted for. You had to kill my guy, though, didn't you? I hope you're wrong. But Harry's reaction to it all, I think, is going to prove providential. I think that's pretty much how he's going to feel, but will still be there helping out, even though he's done that h

Author's Response: It was a bit sobering to write, as well. While I obviously don't hope for this sort of horrific outcome, I could see it as a possibility. I killed Snape off as an act of indecision, actually. I still can't decide on where I stand on the good guy/bad guy front, so left it ambiguous. Whether he was a good guy who just never found forgiveness, or a bad guy who was on the run, no one but he (and Dumbledore, I suppose), will ever know.

A very realistic look at the aftermath of war, from the joy of the "man on the street" to the weary job of rebuilding. Nicely done.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!! :)
