Poor Myrtle! And they're all to young to be able to do cleaning spells.

I love 11 year old Hagrid. What a sweetie. And I'm liking Myrtle more and more. I'm sad to think of what is coming for her.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I'm glad you like my version of Myrtle. "Little" Hagrid can be difficult to write... so I'm glad you liked him too. You'll be seeing more of him pretty soon. =)

I just want to hug her and make it better. I love your writing style. It manages to be both funny and full of pathos at the same time.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for reviewing! I'm glad the humor doesn't seem out of place.

This is interesting, seeing things from a totally new perspective on an "old" character. I'm looking forward to her meeting Hagrid and Tom!

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review! I'm glad you find Myrtle's character interesting. There will be more of Hagrid soon. =)

Oh, poor Myrtle! Poor, poor Myrtle. She thinks things are going to get better for her. I love the little aside about her dad's secretary. I also love how the magical demonstration he gives her is so different to the one he gave to Tom Riddle. Lots of fun.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I'm glad you liked all the little twists I threw in. I didn't want Dumbledore to give her the same demonstration as Tom not only because it would have been boring, but also because they have such different personalitiles - Tom wouldn't be sufficiently impressed with something less flashy, but the fire would scare Myrtle out of her wits. And who knows - she might have had a few happy moments somewhere in there, even if most were sad.

Poor Myrtle! I feel so sorry for her, knowing what will happen. Jackie was right; this is an excellent beginning!
~Lisa/LariLee

Author's Response: It's always interesting to write someone like that in first person - the reader knows what's going to happen, but the character doesn't have a clue. Thanks so much for the reivew!

Very nice! Myrtle seems so realistic here, not just the stereotypical Myrtle of fanfic. I really like this!! Are there more chapters coming soon?? Please say yes!!

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review! I'm glad you found my version of Myrtle realistic. The first few chapters should be coming pretty regularly. =)
