That Lily hid her baby in the dresser, a sign of desperate hope that somehow LV would simply leave the baby alone... Interesting about Jame Potter, when he dies, "his energy joins with (LV). That would explain a lot about why he kills so many purebloods; he seems to be an "energy" vampire. I don't understand on Lily's death; was there an energy transfer there too, or the "killing rush" that so many other murderers have described. Also nice note that Harry's eyes are the same color as the curse.

Author's Response: The energy transfer at Lily's death was implied more than explained, but I always felt that his 'killing rush' would come both from the victory and from the energy transfer. He's one sick f*ck, after all. Thanks for your review !

I've never read anything from Voldemort's point of view before, but I think this captures his emotions brilliantly. You almost feel for him as his power is unexpectedly ripped from him. Almost.

Author's Response: Thanks! I find it hard to feel anything for Voldy, but for some reason, this idea/set of images came into my mind while listening to the Phil Collins song 'In The Air Tonight'. No clue why, but I had to write it! Appreciate your review :o)
