Nice, well-written romance. I think that this is the first fic I've read where I've felt happy for Pansy. The swtiching back and forth is done well, the balance between Zach and Pansy is even, and the ending is just right.
(I don't think that there is anyone in the whole HP universe that can give Draco - I assume that's who "he" is - the attention he needs... )
Author's Response: Hi, Overhill. Thanks for the lovely comments. Pansy is my favourite HP character, and I love fleshing her out in my stories. Pansy is one of the most misunderstood characters in the series, simply because we only see her through Harry's eyes. *g* Yes, the 'he' is Draco. This is an alternative ending to another story called Pure & Proud, where Zach and Pansy are an item, but Draco shows up unexpectantly after a five year exile. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read and for leaving the nice words. - SIW
