Aww I'd never thought of the Hagrid/Steve Irwin connection - they are just the Muggle and wizard version of each other. Great little fic, although I miss the Croc Hunter IRL so much. :(

Brilliant! Very funny. The Steve Irwin dialogue is perfect. He's a lot like Hagrid too, come to think of it. Only thing is, I think Hermione would have seen this coming.

I miss Steve Irwin so much and never thought of him within the context of a teacher at Hogwarts. Despite his demise in this story, what a perfect fit. Steve and Hagrid would have gotten on extremely well. Nicely done, especially using so few words! LSV

I think he would have loved the magical creatures. I think Hagrid could use a little Steve Irwin in him!
