Nice call on Luna's mother being named Sol - it would be an appropriate name for her. Interesting too, that Snape probably did know Luna's mother, and even more so, that Sol would have told her daughter about her school days with Severus. And I did get the Monty Python joke you snuck in there. So how many "ghosts"? Harry, there's two; Neville, sort of two; Luna, one; Dean Thomas, one (assuming that Snape knew he'd been killed by Death Eaters - he could have also been a classmate)...I'm sure that there were more. This was a good mood piece. Thanks for sharing!

heya congrats on your story. its really sweet, even though its short. i love the idea of snape being kind when no one is aorund. yay you that was heaps cute XD
Author's Response: Thanks. Yeah, it's nice to think of Snape letting his guard down. He has a very Victorian air about him and despite his mean qualities, I see him as having a strict adherence to manners (probably something he picked up from hanging out with Lucius).
