So painful, yet you've written this beautifully! The idea that Snape would have allowed this to happen, yet she knew that he was not fully behind it is interesting. I adore the line about the moon turning green. I didn't understand that till then end, when I thought of the Dark Mark, and it flipped the switch in my brain. Very good. I do hope you'll continue.
