Out of curiosity... How would they make the Galleons off Muggles? Muggles have pounds, not Galleons... I don't think Gringotts does the currency exchange, either.
Author's Response: Why wouldn't Gringotts offer a currency exchange? After all, how else are Muggle-borns like Hermione supposed to make purchases in Diagon Alley? So, if Gringotts will exchange pounds for Galleons, it makes sense they would do the reverse, especially since they could make a mint off the fees charged for providing such a service.
