beautiful. i want, no, i NEED a sequel!!

Author's Response: Thanks for your nice comments. For now I like leaving the ultimate outcome in the minds of the readers. But one never knows. Draco may insist on having his story told.

::smiles in smug satisfaction::

You already know what I think of this story, but it's really wonderful to see that others think so highly of it as well.

I have a far better opinion of Draco's eventual destination than I think many others do. I actually think he has brains -- divided loyalties certainly -- and will at some point be able to put them to use. After all, the late teens and early twenties are exactly the age when most kids refute their parents beliefs!

Author's Response: Well, thank you, sweetie. Yes, I am confident Draco is going to come out all right, but it is sure fun to explore the things that might happen before he does.

And yet you subtitled it 'The road to redemption is a winding one....' implying that there is a destination. Loved this, you caught everyone's character wonderfullly.

Author's Response: Yes, exactly. I don't think Draco has reached the end of his road yet, and I hope that's reflected in the story. Thanks for your review!

Woe is the heart that finds love and lets it go, with no thoughts to search forth and fight for the most precious gift one could ever know. So, this is how I think of this tragic, sad Draco. I was like - WHAT?? That's IT? I lifted the keyboard, looked under the computer looking for the happy ending here. Surely it must have fallen off my computer and onto the desktop? Or maybe I somehow misplaced it in my excitement to get to the end... But, (sad, sad sigh) alas, it appears that I have not lost the ending that I so desperately sought. You warned me all along - "I'm not to be trusted." "I'm dangerous." "Be careful." And I, like Hermione, chose to ignore all of Draco's warnings and let him in - only to be crushed when he walked out that door and into a certain fate that does not bode well for my ideas of a happy ending. Sigh, again. Bliss. Pure bliss. I loved this, darling Argosy. You're an absolute GEM and I am so thrilled that I had the wits about me to ask you to join my humble little group, therefore affording me the great pleasure to get to know you better and to continue enjoying your stylistic, flowing, beautiful writings. I can't wait for more, I'm quite addicted. I'm off to go tell the group to come read this amazing work and review. Cheers! Lorett

Author's Response: Wow, what a wonderful review. You've made my day. I'm thrilled that this story touched you in some way. It's very funny that you have less hope for Draco than I do, and I wrote the thing! Think of it as a happy ending delayed...

Wow! That's a great story. Please consider an epilogue or a follow up story. It was very well written and I think you captured Hermione and Draco very well.

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! There aren't any plans for a sequel right now, but that could always change. I'm thrilled you liked the story and characterization.

Is this really the end? It just begs for a sequel. Please reconsider! ~~Cassio~~

Author's Response: It's the end for now, but one never knows. I'm glad you liked it.
