You already know how much I enjoyed this piece originally, and I'm quite happy to have read it again. I love how you've tightened your through-line, and I think there's more 'immediacy' in this final version. You really feel for Hermione's reluctant but self-aware choice when she leaves the island, and then her melancholy pierces your heart as soon as you realize that the choice, while right, comes at a tremendous cost.
Author's Response: Hurray! I'm glad you approve of the changes. I wanted to make both of their choices more motivated. That is, I wnated to get the motivation that was in my head onto the page. Thanks, Bambu, dear.
Oh! That was wonderful! I am so glad that you put it up, thankyou for telling me about it, so i could read it! I loved the rnding. I thought it was so sweet. Such a great ending. Wonderful, the whole thinkg.
Author's Response: Thank you, Chavela honey, I'm so glad you enoyed it! :)
ack! fantastic story, i can't wait to see what happens. i like your style, a good mixture of action and narration. although, i wouldn't exactly categorize this as *finished*. heh.
Author's Response: Thank you, displacement. I'm really glad you liked the story. It *is* finished, honest. Part Two is just taking a little longer to get through the validation process. Up soon, promise!
I adored this! So totally great! I want more! LOL!
Author's Response: You're quick, Chavela! More soon!
Wow, this is a storyline I haven't seen before. Please continue, I totally want to know what happens!
Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing, sassenach, and I'm really glad you're enjoying the story! Part Two (the conclusion) is written and will be posted soon.
I'm thrilled to see that you've posted this here! Excellent.
Your Draco is a very intriguing fellow, and extremely appealing, even as he is a bit dangerous. I loved the entire beach-theme, as you already know, and it's just as good on the second read.
Author's Response: Thanks, Bambu darling. I have made some changes in part two that I am very happy with. I hope you like it! (I think you will. ;P )
Hee! You get a response from me! It's been a long time since I read a good Hermione/Draco and I found one. I like the characterization you've given them and I'm ready for part two, whenever you feel like posting it!
Author's Response: Well, I appreciate your response very much, Chica. Thank you for your lovely words. Part Two is awaiting validation from the mods, and should be up soon.
I am on the edge of my seat waiting to find out where he is. And what happens when she meets him in person.
Author's Response: Thank you, ccrawley. This wasn't necessarily meant to be a cliffhanger, but the story was too long for Pureblood to post in one go. So now we've got suspense!
When I read the summary about Draco being a bank obber I pictured him in all black with a balaclava on. But your Draco it much sexier with his expensive suit and cool demenour.
i loved the beginning using the clerks point of viewand how Draco acted so smooth during the robbery.
I cant wait for part 2.
Kylie x
Author's Response: I'm thrilled you enjoyed this Draco, Kylie, and thank you so much for commenting. Part two very soon!
Wow. I absolutely love your stories!
