This story is LOL hilarious! I think I liked Snape's testimony the best. Part of me has to suspect that this entire trial is just a farce to futher some Plot or other. I do hope we find out what Hermione and Lucius hope to gain from this, and how much of what they are telling the court is actually "true."

That last sentence is absolutely brilliant. I actually smirked! Such devoted self-interest on Draco's part surely deserves its own rewards. I'm quite enamored of the cunning Malfoy pere et fils. And poor Hermione, to realize that she actually cares about Lucius Malfoy and then to lose him. At least we know that she gets her wizard in the end.
