I love this story, but the cliff-hangers are killing me.

I really can't remember if I've reviewed this story. I just re-read what there is so far so I thought, what the heck, if I have, it deserves two reviews, if not then shame on me. Anyhow, I love this story, its funy and its got Lucius in it. The thought of him having a mid-life crisis is just too funny. I love it, and caqn't wait to see more. Maggie

Oh man this last chapter...and that last bit with Draco....funny! So very very funny! I can't wait for an update!

I really enjoy how the tone of this story. The way you go back and forth with the questioning and then the actual events...well it's just brilliant.

I really like this story - the plot is nice, the characterisation shockingly accurate. And the 'story within a story' thing is just wonderful.

Oh my gosh! This is great! Just when I'd about given up hope in ever finding a Lucius/Hermione fic, and here we have it! Oh, but it's not the horrors and angst and terrors one typically finds in this pairing, and Hermione is formidable in her own right, as well. I'm finding all the characters believable, the dialogue witty (there are some spectacularly funny lines)...they're all great! And even though Lucius isn't quite as evil as it seems he should be, the way you built that made perfect sense and so it's quite easy to accept. I just rec'd this on my LJ, gotta get the word out that finally someone has good, *funny* Lucius/Hermion! YAY!!! (and damn, now I've gotta wait for an update). Okay, will do so without bugging you too much. ;-)

Author's Response: hehehe... You made my day with this review. Thanks for the rec as well. Unfortunately, I'm terribly lazy when it comes to answering. But I was working on the next chapter, so forgiven? There is a distinct lack of L/H out there and even less comedy. I'm always on the lookout for more... Lucius will regain some of his evilness soon and more info regarding his relative complacence is upcoming. I certainly hope this lil fic continues to entertain you. :-)

giggles and the last line causes me to think of captain sparrow. lovely story. i love lucius and hermione. they are very good in this one and intriguing. id really like to know how their pairing would ever come about and you're doing a lovely job of convincing me it would indeed happen. although.. if i get my way, i'll have him to myself.

Author's Response: Ah, the wonderfully quotable Captain Sparrow. Though I was much familiar with the phrase before, the good captain's performance certainly influenced me. Good to know it's more likely than I expected. :-) I'm sure you'd have competition to keep him.
