Wow, that was a haunting story. I liked the way you stripped Lucius of all his beauty and power, and showed his true nature. That, of course, is unfortunate for Draco. I hope you write some more about his realtionship with Snape.

how very sad. It makes me crazy when parents can't accept their childrn for who they are and love them unconditionally. poor Draco. And poor Lucius, since he has always seemed ill some how. I think you captured him well, and your description of his breath was great.
