Very good! Narcissa's savvy with the assets was very much what I would expect her to do. I kept hoping Lucius wouldn't carry out his orders, especially after their tryst. I like the memories near the end too. Very tragic, and nicely done.

Author's Response: Yes, it was a pity. I argued with the Muse over this ending, but the in the end, the Muse won. There was just no other way to realistically end this story.

I did enjoy your story a lot, although I felt bad for Narcissa, being married to that ass. I like they way you included the inner thoughts, especially at the end, as it gives a feeling of why she would do what she did in the beginning of your story. Anyway, I enjoyed it.
