Author's Response: I can't update regularly due to my real life and other projects I'm working on. But take heart! It's only been a few weeks since I updated! Just re-read the three chapters I've posted and I'll have the new one up pretty soon.

did anyone not notice that he knew exactly who she was and played his Slytherin games yet again on her? he had been playing her all along. she stepped right into it and gave him the total advantage. hermione does not seem too dark to me if her idea of revenge is having the man who would not stoop to touching her in school take advantage of what she offered. she could be much more creative than that. but plz do continue i want more
Author's Response: So you read it THAT way....Sadly, no...Draco wasn't playing her...saying her name at the end was just a flash of something that came back to him from a dream. I happen to think it was the perfect revenge, but then again...I wrote it. I'll add the next chapter soon, I think! Thanks for the review.

Rated it according to what I read into it—which may not have been your intention. Hermione got her pound of flesh vengeance (giving a new meaning to the phrase). But vengeance has its price. This is a dark Hermione who is doing more taking advantage than taking vengeance. I think Hermione should experience some dissatisfaction over this. It’s not real vengeance. This is a dark Hermione who has been caught by her attempt at vengeance. There is a good chance she will return. At the end, she is walking into the chaos and dark that could become her life.
Author's Response: What an astute review!! This is a very dark Hermione, taking advantage of her enemy's weakness, and exacting a revenge, while getting more than she bargained for. You read it EXACTLY the way I intended it. And you're right...she's playing with fire and it's going to consume her.

Hmmmm.... That was different. I liked it, but a little confused about Hermione`s revenge. Seemed like they both enjoyed it though.
Author's Response: Well, if I'd explained it as thoroughly as I would have liked, I would have gone over the word limit of the challenge, so I left it to my smart readers to figure out on their own...so draw your own conclusions.
