Wow. Lucius does tend to incite extremes in feelings, doesn't he? Heavy duty lust and plain old rage. I'm thinking Hermione, Draco, and Narcissa should trap him in the dungeons for about a year or until he learns his lesson. (which would probably tend more to decades, lol) I'm glad that Draco threw his true intentions in his face, though. His denial was a bit humorous. What I REALLY want to see is Lucius' face in the hypothetical event that Hermione actually DID approach him about his 'friends'. You know, the ones he claims would help her with her 'frustration'. A little cheerful insinuation about the ack of 'abilities'of the Malfoy men.... a kind offer to discreetly look elsewhere... asking advice on how to cheat... and watch Lucius turn magenta... ;D Ah, well. I'm a vengeful bitch. Allow me my fantasy.

Draco almost grew a pair, almost. I love how he went in there trying to tell his father to take his wife and then started defending her. At least now we know what Lucius is waiting for. I wonder if Draco really will be the one to impregnate Hermione? I was so glad to see this chapter! :) And I'm also glad that Draco wants to take up for Hermione. After all, if he's going to have his extra-marital affair, she's certainly entitled to the same thing!
So, Lucius likes to play games does he? I wonder if he knows who he is dealing with here? Hermione's a Gryffindor, not a Slytherin. Another Slytherin would probably understand the game, but a Gryffindor? They're too direct for that. Good thing Draco knows this for what it is.

AH, you are such a tease. That's such a little snippet, it barely whet my appetite. ;) Okay, I just love Draco's reactions in this chapter. From his strange loyalties to his wife and lover ot his reaction to his father giving Hermione the necklace to him deciding (apparently) to tell his father to go ahead and get it on with his wife. Okay, I'm twisted because I find that utterly hilarious. LOL Of course, Draco's thoughts that Hermione would grow tired of sex also make me laugh....More please?
