This is horrible! Not the story - that is quite touching and well written but I really feel for Charlie. That is so immensely sad! I always hope for a happy ending and this is so not happy. It's realy drastic and touching. Unfortunately I think it would be the only thing likely to happen... Still it makes me feel incredibly sad. Great story though, I'm quite messed up with my feelings now. Keep writing your doing a great job!
Poor Charlie... but I am firm in my belief that neither Harry nor Draco would ever move on if the other died... try as they might. Excellent story! :D
Author's Response: I agree, and sadly, Draco really didn't even want to move on, but Harry was trying to insist. Everyone had such good intentions, it just couldn't go.
I really liked this story. I felt very bad that harry had to die and leave Draco alone like that but the stag on his hip with the name of Harry was definatly a great idea on your part especially how it had the lightening bolt scar after saving Draco. I enjoy your stories a lot don't stop writing!

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked the stag. It was sort of sad, but at least he got some part of Harry to keep with him ;)
Aww, poor Charlie-
Draco made him dress up like Harry Potter... that is SO harsh... so very, very harsh-
Author's Response: Mmm... I'm not sure Draco made him do it so much as Charlie just started doing it and Draco didn't protest. I think Charlie had high hopes for what that might do for their relationship, sadly :(
O_O... I have no words for what Draco just did... none.
Also... lol, Wizarnet... LOL!
Author's Response: He's a little lost boy in a lot of ways ;)
*Kicks Ron For Believe Being Gay Is A Choice*
I do like the opening of this story though *high-five*
Author's Response: Thanks! I liked the idea of showing a little bit of inherent hypocricy even amongst those who feel they're liberal-minded and accepting ;)
It's almost unrequited love which sux. You almost feel sorry for Charlie as you realise the Draco has formed a type of transference love to Charlie since Charlie has now assumed theblack hair and green eyes. Then you realise that Charlie holding on that much means there is almost more broken about Charlie than with Draco. I mean he basically was already in love with Draco from the time that Draco turned up and yet hadn't really got to know him as such. Draco still doesn't have any complete closure especially since he won't visit the grave and Charlie hasn't encouraged him to. Charlie seems to just give in to Draco since he doesn't challenge him. He just acquiesces. The dragon tamer has been tamed it seems by the dragon rather than the other way around. All in all a bittersweet story. Well done!
Author's Response: It is almost unrequited, but just within grasp. It's almost worse, really. But Charlie did choose it. Glad you enjoyed it!
shit shit shit!!! sorry but its true....
Author's Response: OK...?
Awww! I feel so bad for Charlie, I really wish Draco would love him back.
Author's Response: He does, in his own way.
How very sad, for both Charlie and Draco.
Author's Response: It is. But they have a good arrangement, they're as happy as they're going to be.
Such a sad story. Terrific, but sad. Your author response to the first review was also very intesting! I certainly do see your point.
As to the pun on the name: he really didn't tame him, did he? But I like the notion of it being a thankless job and Draco is thankless too. I guess you never really can tame any dragon.
Author's Response: Well, he tamed him to a point. At least Draco isn't as openly self-destructive as he had been. He moved from being an Auror to a writer, a much less dangerous career. So he was tamed a bit. But as you say, a dragon can't really be tamed ;)
This was very good. I was drawn into the heartbreak that Draco felt over his loss of Harry. I think he gave in to Charlie because he (draco)is only human and needed some form of comfort. Harry prodding him to take Charlie as his lover seemed to me to be Harry's gift to Draco.. as in 'you lost me, but I'm giving you love with someone whom I know will never harm you'. Too bad Draco can only be there for 'harry'. This was a bittersweet tale. It made me want to cry, both in a good and sad way. Great story!
Author's Response: Draco is only human, and it became clear that Harry intended for Draco to go on and have a life without him. Sadly, that isn't really what Draco wants, but he can't really refuse Harry. He is only human, though, and Charlie does take care of him. Draco was extraordinarily lucky to find someone he loved that much, finding it again... well... even if he could've had it, there was just no room for Charlie in his heart. And really, Romania isn't *that* bereft of people. Charlie could've given up and moved on. Draco was fulfilling needs for Charlie as well. I'm glad you liked it. It is a good and bad fate. Thanks for reading!
Oh, great ending. Since it hasn't been Harry and Draco break up, I'm quite happy with it. I woted for Change my world, by the way.
Author's Response: Draco was pretty lucky to have that kind of devoted lover in his life the first time. He really could've had it the second time, too... well, perhaps not. There's something broken about a person who would work that hard. Thanks for voting for me!
I definitely enjoyed reading this. A nice ending...because they can't all be happy. It's vaguely creepy that Charlie would glam himself up for Draco, but I guess people do crazy things when they are in love. I can't help but wonder if Charlie is really as IN LOVE with Draco as he wants to be. But that's a whole other story, isn't it. Anyway, enough babbling...very nice work.
Author's Response: Much of this story balanced on the premise of the pun of its title. "Dragon Tamer" ...Draco = Dragon... But aside from the pun was the idea of this thankless job. Dragons will never love you. At best they'll have a mild tolerance for the fact that you care for them and allow you certain liberties. As for Charlie being as in love as he thinks he is... I'm not sure many of us are ;)
Oh, poor Draco. I really like that Draco sarcasam. It makes him more witty and human than cannon does, but he's bad in cannon so... Still your interpretation is by rights as close to cannon as it can get.
Author's Response: Thank you ;) His sarcasm is fun. He's pretty nebulous in this. He fought for the right said, although for the wrong reasons ;)
Tell me this isn't the sequel of your previous story. I think I'm gonna like this but please let it not be a sequel. I prefer thinking of them as happy ever after. :-)
Author's Response: This is not the sequel to CMW :) This does not have a happily ever after, however. The sequel does. I'll post it here later ;)
Well, I suppose I'll just have to hang out on this cliff until there is more. I really like your writing-style and the uniqueness of the plot. Eagerly awaiting more.
Author's Response: Thank you! I just had an argument with my friend about my writing style, which he doesn't care for. *smirks* So it means a lot that you do ;) Last chapter's been sent so... any day now ;)
I look forward to seeing where this leads. Nice first chapter.
Author's Response: Thank you! Chapter 2 is up.
