Author's Response: No, it's not a song, per se. The title is a play on the title of TS Eliot's poem "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock." One initial is really as far as the similarities go between Lupin and Prufrock; they have different views on love and life. Sorry it wasn't what you were expecting.

First fic? I'd never have guessed it. Very well written and good characterization. Your dialogue was smooth, and you painted a nice picture with words. No concrit to offer. Looking forward to your second fic.
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it. Although I admit that this came to me out of nowhere, I don't know that I will write a second fic. I have no ideas at the moment.
I really am impressed with those of you who write such long and interesting fics with original characters and everything, but still stay true to JK Rowling's world. We'll see if I ever take another crack at this. I'm a big fan of your stories, so thanks for the comments :-)
