I especially liked this story because it isn't patronising in anyway. It is written in a way that echos sophistication, talent and respect for the person reading it. And you have also been respectful to the characters and made them realistic and convincing. They speak like they should do and show behaviours and thoughts that are true to their personalities. And I think that this story helps to explain why Remus always seems withdrawn and sad most of the time....to have the memory of asking the person he loved to do such things and not knowing that it was the last time he'd she her obviosuly caused great guilt and sorrow in Remus. A sad yet beautiful tale. Well done.

Author's Response: Thank you for youe kind words. I worked hard on this particular story, the hardest part was to convey that they loved each other, and this wasn't some dirty little fling. I spent a long time ponderigg wht Remus always seemed so sad, and this is what I came up with. It's always seemed to me that Remus and Lily were the perfect couple. I guess now I just have to figure out how she ever ended up with James.....hmmm new story! lol Glad you enjoyed it.
