This is a really great story, filled with actual ADULT problems, like Ron's marriage, Harry and Draco... This may be hard-hearted of me, but is there any way that you could have Hermione's husband and kid murdered/killed? Ugh, I sound so evil when I put it like that, but I can't stand Hermione not being with Ron or knowing she's a witch! Just get rid of the family, return her memory, and they live happily ever after! I must admit eventhough this is in the pureblood archive (in favour of the weasley's) i do think you took a risk here with making ron a cheating b*st*rd (did i type that?) i meant man cheating man (yea that's it hmm let me censor that)anyway, hmm the whole virgin thing farfetched, but i liked it (never read it before at least) and i like humble harry and overpowerful(at least a bit over harry)draco

If Draco was so powerful? Why didn't he within your story vanquish Voldemort????
Why would a department within the wizarding world accept Draco Malfoy over Harry Potter???
I cannot keep reading, your story does not add up, in my opinion.
If Malfoy was that strong in his magic, why didn't he defeat the Voldie himself???
Author's Response: Because the prophecy didn't specify Draco would kill Voldemort and because he's only this powerful after the 3 years of training, perhaps? And it's not necessarily that Draco is more powerful, but has received different training than Harry. And they didn't accept Draco over Harry, they paired Harry with Draco because they were pretty sure that Harry was enough of a match for Draco to contain him/keep an eye on him. If you do decide to continue reading this story, which you are under no obligation to do, you might refresh your memory of which side Draco was on by the end of HBP. He wasn't exactly gunning for Voldemort, yeah?

just a small review to say how much I am enjoying this story - like I have enjoyed all your stories...
I like how there's a mystery to solve and yet it is light and entertaining. Sometimes a bit like those cheap american horror movies I used to watch late at night, sometimes like a cheap cop film I used to watch earlier the same night. I love the little in jokes. Your Hermione is definately a Hermione-Sue gone wrong! And your Draco at points reminds me of a character Steven Seagal might play in the aforementioned cop movies.
Great work. I am looking forward to the next installement, like I always do with your stories

The ending was very sad. Draco's tears almost brought me to tears. All he wants is to be accepted, but all he gets is suspicion. Draco gave up something that was very important to him just so people would not think he was a failure. Now Harry cocked it up, and people are more suspicious of Draco than ever. It makes me want to shake everyone and scream to look at the poor guy, and give him a fair chance. Thank you for sharing. I hope that you do continue this. It would be a waste of a good plot line to leave it here. Thanks again.
