I am not sure how I stumbled upon your story (oh! the internet with your twists and turns!) but I am so glad I did. This may be the absolute best Harry Potter fan fiction I have ever read. I have never loved one as much, anyhow. You really have a command of the English language, first off. The care and devotion used to craft each and every sentence is so apparent. And yet it was so fluid and effortless, it kept me wanting more. Onto the story. Your characters. Wow. They are so well developed. Their thoughts and motivations so clear. Your Andromeda is simply the best I have ever read. She is perfect. I am sure JKR would have had something like this in mind had she developed Andromeda’s character more. Ted is also wonderful. Wonderful. (I wish they were my parents. Tehehe.) Your original characters were very impressive as well. Julie was hilarious. I can imagine her becoming good friends with Tonks even though Tonks is the reason she can’t have Remus. *sigh* Remus. What a dish. He is remarkably sexy. *drools*. You write an excellent Tonks too, strength and spunk but feminine as well. I feel as if I know all of them personally. (I guess I do as they live in my imagination!) anyway, this was really great and I want to read it again and again. Also, I wanted to ask your permission to illustrate some of your scenes. I find that when I like a story so much, I cant help but to want to draw it. (My livejournal is philotic_net in case you want to look at some of my Remus/Tonks stuff, I have a bit on there) So thank you, thank you again for helping my imagination run wild. I would just like to applaud ou on an amazing job of capturing the story behind these two characters. Truly it was something I have trying to find and your story fit perfectly into jkr's already made plot and then added so much more to it all. I greatly appreciate you writing this because I laughed and cried and felt so entangled in the characters. No other fanfic I have seen has truly reached such depths as yours does. This would make a great short story and I am just in awe of this whole journey. Thank you.

This novel is great! I think you have expounded on both Remus's and Nymphadora's view points beautifully. I cried over Remus's enchanted letter and over his heart to heart talk with Ted Tonks. I also love your sense of humor! Igot a kick out of the reference's to Bridget Jones' Diary and the Vegas wedding!

Yay, update! Katie, this ending is so perfect. It could have been several chapters long, which would have been great, but this worked well. You closed every door and left the last one open. I'm so glad you were able to finish this. Bravo!

...great job, really. Actually I thought it was a perfect ending, when you posted chapter 21, with Tonks feeling like skipping etc. But now, when you pictured why possibly Remus could have been seen holding hands with Tonks in public, when you returned to the Tonkses and to R's employment, and at the very end to Tonks becoming an Animagus :-) ... the circle has been closed and completed in such a wonderful way. There are many good and plausible R/T stories, but few of them fill all the missing scenes so completely and in such a fascinating way. Thanks!

Amazing chapter.You know whenever i imagined Remus and Tonks after the 'hospital scene' in HBP it was in Shrieking Shack it just felt right.I am so glad you arote this chapter. So do we get to see more of Remus/Tonks after HBP??

Aww..there is a lot of angst in this chapter and specially the ending.I would have never imagined Remus to be so rude to Tonks.But i can see why as that made her leave him.

(cannot really see the keybord because of tears thickly falling on it) Great, great, great. The best RL/NT fiction I've read, and I think I've read all of them since they're my favourite couple. Only one thing - I mean, I know that Remus is different, extraordinary - that's why we all love him, is it not? - but are you sure he realy never leaves his socks on the floor? Sounds a bit supernatural, doesn't it? :-)

I've recently discovered this story and I'm hooked on it. You wouldn't think Tonks and Remus would be a good match, but they are. I love them more after reading this, I hope this story never ends!!!
