When I found out that Moondance had been updated one half of me was excited while the other half was feeling sorry, because I thought that I was going to read the last chapter. The chapter is great, I think it perfectly explains - together with previous chapters - Tonks' approach in HBP. And after finishing it one half of me is relieved that I do not have to part with my favourite story, and the other half would desperately want to learn how on earth is Remus going to come to his senses at last? Thanks for a briliant story.

Great chapter! I particularly like the end- it is interesting to see the heart breaking dialogue through different eyes. Also, I am anxious for your next chapter- what discussion might have transpired to finally bring Remus and Tonks together?! Just one small question/observation- given that Tonks had fought in the Department of Mysteries with the kids, I think that she probably would have known both Luna and Neville (especially Neville as he was atually awake and particpating when the Order arrived).

I just spent the better part of my day reading this wonderful story. Your depiction of Remus and Tonks is absolutely perfect. They are so perfect together. The passion that you convey between the two is palpable. (I can't understand all the moaning and groaning that some people are making that this relationship "came out of nowhere" in canon.) Your story is a marvelous backstory on what these two have gone through in HBP. I have to say that Tonks and Molly's conversation back a few chapters, in which Molly relates the circumstances of each child conception was a hoot! I had tears of laughter in my eyes. I love Tonks' parents and how they have reacted to Remus. I look forward to reading the rest of the story.

I agree with lucie in that I almost felt as if Remus had broken up with me! This is, again, an incredible chapter and I find myself really longing for the next, for them to just get together already!!!

You have done such a stupendous job with Remus' and Tonks' back story. I'm very anxious to see the resolution. Remus' argument made me want to pull my hair out. The man is right, of course. He's just so damn noble. Crap! I hate that. I don't know who to feel sorry for worse, him or Tonks! Keep up the good work!
