The bath scene (Ch.6) was very hot and steamy (sorry, I couldn’t help that awful pun) and the fact that you made them hold back from actually doing it there and then somehow increased the sexual tension. I knew when those two would finally hit it off the result would be cataclysmic, so when they plunged into the pool for a splash and a romp I thought – that’s it! But no, you are making us wait, you tease you. I may have told you before that I your depiction of Snape is just right for me? He is sharp-tongued, focussed and very, very clever. The dichotomy between light and dark is ever more apparent as the story moves on. This flits between being intensely sad and alarming to having me rocking with laughter – some great lines – I congratulate you. I should urge you to ‘write more soon’ but I do understand what it is to be obsessive and a perfectionist ;o)!!! So then, take your time with this marvellous fic but know that there is someone out here who greedily awaits an update.

The last three chapters were a joy to discover and read after my absence from fan fiction since last summer. I had them all printed out and ready to go for weeks – and now I have got a spare moment or two, or three, to give your story the attention it deserves. However, imagine my absolute delight when I found that you had dedicated one of those chapters to me! I have never had anything dedicated to me before – I am really, really chuffed. That being said, have I ever told you how much I adore this fic? Given that I don’t even much like Ginny as a HP character, that is really saying something. She comes across as such a Mary Sue in canon, but you have given her, not only her humour and feistiness, but also a great deal of psychological depth (arising from her horrible experience with Riddle), so much so that your version of her surpasses that of JKR’s. Draco is a gem. I just feel sure that he will undergo a sort of redemption in Book 7, and you show us a sneak glimpse of what might be his better side. I now have found two more chapters to enjoy but I wanted to leave a review here before I go on to let you know how much I am liking it all.

just found this story- very good. I highly applaud your skilled efforts in writing about something so dark and horrible as child rape. I've seen the effects of those human monsters, and I don't think I would be able to create a fiction with that in it. Very descriptive story, I love your play of colors and how you weave them into the story like silk wrappings. I've now joined the group that eagerly awaits your evvery update!

That was a lovely and wonderful tale of how Severus helped Ginny at school! I can just see her keeping it a secret from her family and friends, just as easily as she kept the diary secret in her first year. Thanks for the explanation of how Riddle's pre-body could rape. I'm glad she punched out Draco for snooping into her memory uninvited, and I like how she still is friendly with Severus. I hope she was secretly awake and could hear everything Draco and Severus said. Thanks for updating!!
