I love stories about house elves - Good stories, that is. Your story is well thought out. I may not agree with humans being part House-Elf, or about the Valar reference, but it's your story and I still like it! Thanks for sharing it with us.

So nice! It has a real fairy-tale aura. It's very interesting to readsomething written from a magical creature's point of view!

Oh wow! This is so neat: a story from the point of view of a house-elf! Very cool! Hmmm ... "thanked the Valar"? that sure gets the wheels turning. And the name Bjardadr. Does all this mean what I think it means? Nice job capturing the distinct "voice" of the elves, particularly the narrator.
