This is very in character for Minerva. She would never see herself as a target. Albus had always been the target and she always the pillar behind him. Why target her when you can just target him instead? This is very much something I can see happening. It would be nice to see her thoughts afterwards maybe on conversation with Arthur or Alastor because she is will going to need someone to say Minerva you are actually a target because of who you are now. Excellent one shot.
What an interesting thought. I think you are right Minerva won't think about how much of a target she is now. I like how you did this with Severus in the back ground.
Very nice! Stands alone, or could be the start of something.
Nice one shot...I was glad to see that Minerva's still got some moves!
Nice little story. Minerva's being a little preoccupied with her performance in the aftermath of Albus's demise was a nice way to illustrate that sometimes details can distract us from the main problem; and thus the need for a warning shot (why am I thinking "fire-whiskey chaser" lol) or a wake-up call which our facorite Ultra-Secret Double Agent provided her.
Wow, nice! I love Snape's role, too, and he's right. Masterful short story.
Wonderful story! It's an excellent look at Snape's views on Minerva and how strong of a woman Minerva is!
