I definitely know the feeling you ladies are experiencing but am under no illusions regarding DR (as for the character of Harry, I'm all for the canon pairing of H/G), but it doesn't change my feelings. He's one of the most gorgeous male specimens to ever walk the earth! I've told myself time and again it's wrong, but again, it's not changed my feelings. I don't think anything can...God help me!
If anyone is interested, I've even done a story (a definite wish-fulfillment fantasy) where DR and I get together ... even get married and have twins! Only one other person besides you on this site know anything of this ... not even my closest friends do. They believe I only like DR in the HP context ... Lord, if they only knew!!

Author's Response: First off, I LOVE YOUR SCREEN NAME!! Yes, Snape is a babe! Secondly, THANK YOU so much for taking the time to review. I really appreciate that you enjoyed the story and that you would come back if Frances and I are inspired to write a sequel. My muse has taken an extended leave of absence. I am in the middle of my first novel length fic, and she up and left me! If it wasn't for Frances and her 'Dear Abby Response to the American Witch' there would not even be a sequel to this story. BloodyBrilliant, Thank you for allowing me to have the joy of being "Abby" for a little while. Also, I'm so relieved to no longer be the sole member of the HP/DR 30something fan club.
