Very sweet. Just the thing that comes to a woman at midnight when she can't sleep. As to her love, it has to be Harry. The first thing Hermione did when meeting him on the Hogwarts Express was start spouting facts and information. Definite sign of nervous energy, but her second act -- repairing Harry's glasses -- gave her infatuation away. (She didn't give Ron newer robes!)

Actually, I think the "guy" is Harry. We now know that he ends up with Ginny (ugh, ugh, UGH!). And, even though it really was Ron who said the mean comment, I can really see Harry also taking blame for it; it's his personality. I love this piece; it's simple and sweet, yet complex and cherishing. You did an amazing job. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

it has to be ron, because hes the one who said the coment and harry never agred with it. reread year one and you'll see its true. I think it was good job being vauge, and i belibve you havent even decided for yourself who it was, ... any ways great story, good expiriment.
