Minerva should SO wake Albus up more often!!! He doesn't self sensor as much!!!! Nice chapter, and especially nice end scene! And Minerva can feel something supposedly only triggered to Albus? hmmm.......I also wonder to what degree Gertie means that having Minerva at Hogwarts is good for Albus....

I read all 18 chapters today. I simply couldn't stop reading. Besides a few times when I'm just a wee bit confused where we are (Minerva's past or present) I absolutely love this story. It's brilliant. I love your style of writing. So amazing. WOW :D

Whew!!!!!! They actually got through all of that ok!!!!!! And chocolatey tobacco...even I would like the smell of that! I'm actually surprised that Minerva revealed so much about her reactions to her eavesdropping to Albus...and I love the end, where he says the 'by my side' bit, and then those two kisses!!! And I loved Minerva's early recitation of why their relationship was 'special.' Kid, it sounds like dating to me!

yay!! More of Professor Birnbaum!! And I love this story about the properties of the magical ivy and the yew-how the ivy can grow to great heights with the yew's support, and how the ivy can protect and strengthen the yew tree...(Albus, eat your veg!)

I just discovered Resolving a Misunderstanding yesterday and I haven't stopped reading since then....this is, by far, one of the most intelligent and realistically characterized MMAD stories I've read. The amount of time and effort that you must've put into it is astounding; at almost 400,000 words, it is longer than any of the hp novels, but is just as interesting. You've creating something truly incredible...I am forever grateful to you and all of the other fanfiction authors who provide us with high quality writing without any compensation! I can't wait for your next update!

I sometimes reflect on the amount of time I've put into it -- creating time lines, character lists, tweaking my outline and making notes, then writing each chapter and polishing it -- and I think I am certainly overdoing it. But I have enjoyed writing it, and getting feedback and knowing that others are enjoying what I've written makes it worthwhile! So thank you! And I hope very much that you continue to enjoy the story!

Great chapter!!!! More mysteries!!!!!! A red rose, huh? NOT the color for friends! And Minerva finally found out about the pipe!!! Will those talismans come in handy? I loved how you described Albus' reaction to the music. I loved how Albus placed the flower in her hair! So swoony! But I especially love this new mystery about the compatibility of their wands. Was Albus testing something about them? What did the Roma say to him? And if Albus knows about wand/person compatibility, why is he so hopeless about his chances with Minerva? One of my favorite chapters yet, and that's saying something!!

I'm glad you liked so much about the chapter! :D And as for your questions . . . well, a couple will be answered very soon, in the next couple of chapters, other questions will have to wait! And as to Albus & why he has not a shred of hope, not even the dream of a hope of a glimmer of a possibility . . . it's complex, and we've seen some glimpses of the reasons for it, but we'll learn more later on. Much of it is personal -- and not any one thing, but all of them together . . . . The next chapter will be "A Tale of Two Wands." Thank you very much for reviewing!

Oh my. I love tabby!Minerva. How can Albus be so clueless when she's burrowing into him and purring her heart out? And I love Minerva's griping about feeding IT. I think she just fed IT again!!! And it hurts to see Minerva in so much pain. Since Quin KNOWS, I hope Minerva can find out what he REALLY thinks about her chances w/ Albus (and from Quin's ice cream speech, I think it will be VERY positive feedback)!!!

ooh!!!!!!!! 2nd swoon this week! I was SO sure, that w/ Minerva tipsy, and Albus taking her upstairs for 'tea' something was going to happen!!! Either a confession or a kiss, but then Albus sobered her up!!!!!!! And Minerva was SO cute tipsy!!! And I loved what Poppy said about the two of them being good for each other!! Morning walks? Yay!!! And Minerva was so sweet: 'Filius isn't you' indeed, Albus. Like Albus, Minerva was ready to set Filius up (but with a DIFFERENT witch)!!! Wonderful chapter!!!!
