i am enjoying the story but crouch was kissed in gof.

Author's Response: I'm aware of that, but this is something of an AU story, with Sirius having had a wife and child, among other things (especially ten years later than in canon) so look at it that way and it should make sense. And even in this story, Crouch gets his just punishment, so that's what matters.
