Usually, with this kind of story, you know right from the start who the people involved are, but you had me fooled this time. I really thought it was Ron. For that alone: good job!! (cause I really don't like Percy in any kind of story ;) )

Author's Response: It actually was going to be Ron. For some reason when I was typing Percy came out instead, and rather than changing it then and there I just went with it. I'm not a fan of Percy, but I was quite pleased with the outcome!
