Author's Response: JTBJAB, thanks. I do hope the next chapter won't take so long. It took me longer than anticipated to get this one written and then the board admin team got whammied with a bunch of stuff. The fates were conspiring against this chapter getting up. I'm already working on the next one, hopefully it won't be more than a week. :)

I've been reading all of these, and I have to admit that you're responsible for my eyes hurting and for a lack of sleep. I'm in love with them, and that's something as I've always been overly cautious about Lucius and Hermione as a couple but you've pulled it off so very well.
It's also lucky that I'm not a realist when it comes to ff because if I was I would have pulled out my hair, but for me the reasons you gave things were clear and very good. You're also a talented writer and very articulate.
Ah...by the way I'll be stalking you from now on. :-p

Very nice chapter. :) While I understand Harry and Ron still being very suspicious of Lucius I was so frustrated when they kept ignoring his sound advice. I might have missed it in the previous chapters but this feeling each other's pain thing a new development? And I was happy to see another mention of the daughter, even if her scene was brief.
Author's Response: Nothing quite like teenagers being stubborn and thinking they know everything, huh? I have really found that teenage boys are very arrogant and I thought it very much plausible. Trust me, Lucius wants to smack them around, too. :)...The feeling pain is a new development that will be explained more in the next chapter. And you will definitely be seeing more of their daughter.

Author's Response: Thanks, Makalani. I recently had to remind myself that my Lucius has evolved from canon!Lucius, which made a recent short fic I did, a bit harder to get voiced properly. Hopefully, it won't be more than two weeks before the next update. :)
