Sick... but completely believable, and, from Draco's POV, maybe even acceptable.
Making a deranged person's line of thought understandable and turning it into something normal and natural as far as the reader is concerned isn't an easy job. Very well done!

Oh, that is horribly deranged! I was actually glad that he escaped that, in the end. Still, despite how awful this is...there is still something screaming out for pity for Draco in the way you have written this. Well done! It reminded me (vaguely) of V for Vendetta - though the result here was more realistic.
