I would like to start off by saying thank you for writing this story. It's well-written, high-quality, and of a calibre sorely lacking in a lot of fanfic. Well done.

I do feel that on substance, this story is somewhat lacking. Many of the Kevin scenes felt uninspired and repetitive. Pansy never followed through on her desire, wish, and promise to hex him, and I feel that this might have led to some further development. Moreover, I was extremely surprised that Pansy never once accused her parents of doing to her exactly what the Death Eaters wanted to do to her, namely marry her to a pureblood against her will, rape her, and force her to bear children. There is no fundamental difference between her parents' designs and the DEs. It might have made them come up short if they'd been confronted with that truth.

I am glad to say that I predicted midway through the story that Pansy would try to kill herself. When I saw the wedding preparations, I thought Dracco was going to show up and interrupt the ceremony in dramatic fashion, but I also liked him catching her leaping from the tower. Well done handling her despondency and brokenness. All in all, I enjoyed the story. I'm off to read the follow-up now. Cheers!

Oh, and I did love how I could tell when you read DH. The cameo of Astoria as little better than a hag was a dead giveaway.
