Where did you find out about Neville doing the Auror training without NEWTS???

I do like this, but Luna isn't nearly kooky enough for my liking, and sounds more like your average teen.

Yes, I can see that Luna is out of character here, but she's not in the rest of the story much, so hopefully it won't bother you in the rest of the story.  I am trying to add some adjectives to describe her as more dreamy...
